(Jemima Rooper)
Tamsin, daughter of former
Watcher Council head Quentin Travers. Growing up, she always
wanted to work for the Council which inadvertently made her her
father's favorite.
While not
conventionally beautiful, she has a confidence that makes her
sexy. An excellent fighter, her Initiative-honed martial arts
skills are almost as lethal as her sarcastic wit. |

Jemima Rooper attended
Redcliffe Primary School in Chelsea, London. She developed a passion
for the dramatic at an early age and knew she wanted to be an actor.
Her mother Alison Rooper trained actors, and she knew it was a hard
life that she didn't want her daughter getting into, but Jemima
found an agent's address in a telephone book.
Her mother rejected several roles for her before Jemima got an
audition for the Children's Film Unit, an organisation that trains
under 18s to become actors. Her career has escalated from her first
on-screen appearance in the film The Higher Mortals with
Susannah York in 1993.
Being a child actor meant that Jemima had to take a lot of time out
of school and therefore had to do all of the work at home. She
worked incredibly hard and now has a number of successful television
films and series under her belt, including starring roles in British
television series As If and Hex.
